We offer two major categories of real estate education. They are Qualifying Education and Continuing Education. To fully grasp the scope of your real estate education requirements you need to know and understand how real estate qualifying education (pre-licensing and post-licensing/upgrade) and continuing education affect you, and how real estate test preparation classes can help.
Pre-Licensing Education
Real estate pre-license education courses are needed to obtain initial licensure. This is the first step in the process.
Post-Licensing Education
In some states, once you have received your initial license you must complete your post-licensing education requirements. This will complete your real estate licensing course requirements. In other states post-licensing is required to upgrade your license.
Continuing Education
Once fully licensed, you will need to renew your license according to your state requirements†. To do this you will need to fulfill continuing education requirements. Continuing education is ongoing, and must be met to retain your license.
Test Preparation
Exams are often required as a part of your qualifying or continuing education. Real estate test preparation classes may help ensure success.
