Most education requirements can be met either onsite, or via distance learning. Onsite classes take the form of seminars and conferences. Correspondence classes and online classroom courses are examples of distance learning. Real estate professionals are more frequently considering online options.
Distance learning is not site specific and can take place at your convenience. This makes it an attractive option for fulfilling real estate pre license education as well as real estate post license education requirements.
Onsite
Onsite real estate licensing course conferences or seminars require participants to travel to a designated ocation, at a specific time and date. Often this is inconvenient as participants may have to invest significant time and money on traveling and accommodations.
Correspondence
Correspondence courses require the sending of materials through the mail where delivery may take several days. Some correspondence courses allow you to register on the internet. Still, the course itself is not on the internet, and additional materials may be required.
Online Classroom
Online Classrooms deliver courses via the internet. The internet real estate course content will load into your web browser, and is delivered as soon as you register. These courses are very flexible. You can take them at your leisure, and don't have to worry about trips to the post office.
